Fill out the form by hand, place it in your package with the item(s) you are sending, and follow the simple shipping instructions on the form.

 

You can send your package via Canada Post or the courier service of your choice. For your protection and peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance to cover the value of the items being shipped.

 

Once your package has been shipped, you can send us the tracking number by email so we know it is on its way.

 

Upon receipt of your package, we will carefully examine your item(s) and prepare a repair quote. This quote will include the cost of the repair as well as the return shipping costs.

 

No repair work will begin without your approval.

 

Once the quote is approved, you can make your payment using one of our available payment options.

 

Once the repair is complete, your item(s) will be carefully packaged and returned to you. For repairs eligible for our express service, return shipping is usually arranged within 24 hours of the repair being completed and payment being received.

 

You will also receive a tracking number allowing you to track your package as it is being shipped to you.
